  • The smartwatch uses GPS technology to provide precise location data, which you can view through our app.

3. What are the security features of the smart watch?

  • The smartwatch includes an SOS button that allows your child to send an alert in case of an emergency. You will be informed immediately via the app.

4. What app should I use with the watch?

The application to use is SeTracker2. This is a global application, which is not connected to Safekid.ca but is used with a large quantity of GPS watches on the market.

5. Can we make phone calls with the watch?

No. Although the watch has a phone function (with a phone number), Safekid.ca has chosen to remove the phone offer from its plans to ensure increased security and prevent unwanted calls on the watch. Thus, the data plans allow 4G data, and communication via voice messages and audio-video messages (Maxi plan).
