For the following changes:
- Change of plan (Option 1)
- Temporary suspension (Option 2)
- Permanent suspension and closure of account (Option 3)
- Reactivation after suspension (Option 4)
Note that no refund is made if a subscription is suspended during the term (Monthly or Annual).
