It is possible that the watch has run out of charge; a one-hour charge will ensure good battery health.

✅ Insert the SIM card (what to check)

Make sure you insert the SIM card correctly, as shown in video #1.

✅ Enable roaming (where and why)

Enable roaming so the watch can connect to all global networks. See video #2

✅ Check the network (LTE icon / bars / restart)

The presence of network bars AND "small arrows" indicates that the connection is established. See here

✅ Install the application

Download and install the Setracker2 application

See video #4

✅ First test: Find the watch

Tap the "search for watch" icon in SEtracker2 to confirm that the watch is connected. The watch will ring!

✅ Restart

After a successful connection test, it is important to restart the watch and the application in order to have all the features (including audio-video calls)

1- Installing the SIM card

If you purchased your plan at the same time as the watch, it is already activated; otherwise, please purchase your plan and notify us so that we can activate it.

2- Network connection

3- Configure the watch

  • Install the app

Download the SEtracker2 app and create your account. You can purchase the app to remove ads.

  • Add/link the watch

Link the watch to the app. The first person to link the watch has control and must authorize any other person.

  • Discover the basic functions

    - Voicemail

    - Audio-video message (maximum package only)

    - Geolocation

    Video coming soon

  • IMPORTANT ADVICE

Disable the watch's app store to avoid exceeding your data limit.

Here are the steps to follow

4- Link the watch to the application

  • 1- Checking the network connection

Check for network bars and the "small arrows." The absence of small arrows indicates a connection problem. Proceed to step 2 (see the arrows).

  • 2- Check the roaming option

Roaming must be enabled, otherwise the watch will not be able to connect to the network.
