✅ Charge the watch for at least 1 hour
It is possible that the watch has run out of charge; a one-hour charge will ensure good battery health.
✅ Insert the SIM card (what to check)
Make sure you insert the SIM card correctly, as shown in video #1.
✅ Enable roaming (where and why)
Enable roaming so the watch can connect to all global networks. See video #2
✅ Check the network (LTE icon / bars / restart)
The presence of network bars AND "small arrows" indicates that the connection is established. See here
✅ Install the application
Download and install the Setracker2 application
✅ First test: Find the watch
Tap the "search for watch" icon in SEtracker2 to confirm that the watch is connected. The watch will ring!
✅ Restart
After a successful connection test, it is important to restart the watch and the application in order to have all the features (including audio-video calls)

If you purchased your plan at the same time as the watch, it is already activated; otherwise, please purchase your plan and notify us so that we can activate it.

Install the app
Download the SEtracker2 app and create your account. You can purchase the app to remove ads.

Add/link the watch
Link the watch to the app. The first person to link the watch has control and must authorize any other person.

IMPORTANT ADVICE
Disable the watch's app store to avoid exceeding your data limit.

Connection troubleshooting

1- Checking the network connection
Check for network bars and the "small arrows." The absence of small arrows indicates a connection problem. Proceed to step 2 (see the arrows).

2- Check the roaming option
Watch the videoRoaming must be enabled, otherwise the watch will not be able to connect to the network.

3- Camera Check
Make sure that the selected APN is indeed "terminal.apn"
